摘要 目的 研究稳恒磁场对小鼠肝组织中丙二醛 (MDA)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶 (GSH px)活性的影响。  方法 采用磁感应强度 (B)为 (2 4 6± 4 2 )mT ,(42 0± 2 1)mT ,(63 5± 3 0 )mT ,(85 1± 2 9)mT的稳恒磁场分别作用于小鼠 ,每天平均 4h ,15d后处死小鼠检测肝脏组织中丙二醛 (MDA)的含量及GSH px活性。 结果 B为 (2 4 6± 4 2 )mT ,(42 0± 2 1)mT的磁场暴露的小鼠 ,其肝组织中MDA含量较对照组明显减少 (P <0 0 1) ,GSH px活性明显增加 (P <0 0 1) ;但B为 (63 5± 3 0 )mT ,(85 1± 2 9)mT的实验组小鼠肝组织中MDA含量及GSH px活性没有明显的变化。  结论 提示一定磁感应强度的稳恒磁场对小鼠的肝组织的脂质过氧化代谢产生影响 ,能提高抗氧化酶的活力 ,降低氧化物的生成 。 Objective To study the effects of static magnetic field on the a ct ivity of GSH-px and the MDA content in liver of mice. Methods The mice were divided randomly into four experimental groups and a control group. The mice of experimental groups were exposed to the static magnetic fields in four differe nt intensities of (24 6±4 2)mT, (42 0±2 1)mT,(63 5±3 0)mT,and (85 1 ±2 9)mT respectively for 4 hours every day.15 days later, the mice were killed. The ac tivity of liver tissue GSH-px and the content of MDA were determined. Results In (24 6±4 2)mT,(42 0±2 1)mT experimental groups the content of MDA decre a sed more significantly than that in the control group (P<0 01). The activi ty of GSH-px of liver tissue were higher versus the control group (P<0 01 ). But in (63 5±3 0)mT, (85 1±2 9)mT experimental groups the content of M DA and the activity of GSH-px didn't significantly change. Conclusions It showe d that certain intensity of static magnetic field can influence lipid peroxidati o n metabolization in liver tissues of mouse, raise anti-oxidation activity, re duce the content of oxidizing agent, and delay aging.
