摘要
为合理利用发生炉煤气 ,降低生产成本 ,石横特钢厂通过改进加热炉烧嘴并制定相应的安全措施 ,实现了煤气在加热炉中的应用。应用表明 ,钢坯加热质量好 ,出炉温度大于 110 0℃ ,氧化烧损减少 1% ,轧机作业率提高 1.2 % ,换热器运行周期长。
For reasonably using generator gas and decreasing production cost, some measures such as reforming burner and drawing up relative safety steps, etc, have been put forward in Shiheng special steel plant. Now the gas is successfully used in reheating furnace. After using gas, heating quality of billet is very good, the temperature of its outlet is more then 1100℃, the burning oxidizing loss is decreased by 1%, the productivity of mill is increased by 1.2%, and service life of recuperator is increased.
