心房颤动致心房重构的分子基础 被引量:6

摘要 近年来的研究表明心房颤动诱导心房发生重构包括以心房有效不应期缩短及对频率适应性丧失为特征的电重构、心房肌结构发生适应性及非适应性改变引起的结构重构及缝隙连接重构。细胞内钙超载导致的L 型钙电流内流减少及蛋白降解机制可能是心房重构重要的机制。
