摘要
目的 寻找具有诊断和考核疗效价值的特异性抗原组分。方法 应用ELIB对 19例并殖吸虫病人在治疗前和治愈后血清中特异抗体水平的动态变化进行了研究。结果 并殖吸虫病患者经有效药物治愈后 0 5年、1年、3年、5年连续采血 ,经ELIB试验连续观察的结果表明 ,其中分子量为 6 7kDa和 82kDa的两条区带在治疗前显色明显 ,而且治愈后显色反应减弱和消失较为明显和迅速 ,治愈后 5年的消失率可达 94 7% (18/ 19) ,且与其他吸虫无交叉反应。结论 ELIB检测 6 7/82kDa抗原组分可作为并殖吸虫病诊断和疗效考核的有效方法。
Aim To prospect the specific antigen components used for diagnosis and evaluation of treatment.Methods Immunoblot analysis has been used to detect the change of specific antibody in sera from 19 paragonimiasis patients before and after treated with effective drugs.Results Immunoblot analysis of the soluble antigens of adult P.westermani were carried out with sera of different patients,the sera from paragonimiasis patients 0.5,1,3,5 years after and before treatment showed that two bands of 67 kDa and 82 kDa reacted strong with sera before cure,and disappeared quickly with sera after cure.5 years after cure,the disappear rate reached 94.7% (18/19).Furthermore they had no cross reaction with other trematode.Conclusion Detection of 67/82 kDa antigen components by ELIB can be a effective way for diagnosis and evaluation of treatment on paragonimiasis.
