摘要
根据液膜破碎的线性稳定性分析的结果及离心式喷嘴锥形液膜破碎长度的经验公式,由离心式喷嘴的结构参数和简化的流动模型,计算确定锥形液膜破碎厚度hb,进而计算索太尔平均直径SMD。计算结果与实验及有关经验关系式计算的结果相符合。本文所提出的计算方法可用于离心式喷嘴雾化参数的预估。
Based on the results of the linear stability analysis and the experimental correlation of conical liquid sheet break-up length of pressure-swirl atomizer,combined with the structure parameters of pressure-swirl atomizer and simplified flow model,the depth h_b of the conical liquid sheet at the point of break-up can be obtained through calculation,then Sauter mean diameter SMD can be determined from h_b.The results by this method agree well with experiments and Jasuja's relative experimental correlation.The calculating method in this paper can be used to pre-estimate spray parameters of pressure-swirl atomizer.
