摘要
为了研究喷嘴的动态特性,建立了喷嘴动态特性试验系统。采用高速动态图象测量设备,以水为模拟介质,对离心喷嘴喷雾场轴向速度、离心液膜破碎距离及表面波波长等参数进行了初步研究。结果表明:在脉动工况下,喷嘴压降及几何特性系数的变化对喷雾场轴向速度及离心液膜相关参数影响较大;所设计建造的试验系统及采用的测试仪器和试验方法可满足喷嘴动态特性研究的需要。
To investigate the dynamic characteristics of the swirling injector,an experimen tal system was built. High velocity photographic testing system has been used in the experiment. Original investigation of the velocity pulsation, breakup length and the wavelength of the liquid film in the spray field were tested. It can be concluded that effects of pressure drop and geometric characteristic coefficient of the injector on the axial velocity in the spray field and some parame ters about swirling liquid film are significant. Pressure drop and pulsation of feed system will greatly affect the wavelength and the breakup length of the liquid film. Experimental system, testing device and method of the experiment can be used for the investigation of the dynamic characteristics of the injector.
