摘要
农村义务教育在整个国民教育体系中占有举足轻重的地位。义务教育作为公共物品由政府提供经费已成为世界各国的共识。本文就政府在农村义务教育中的责任,目前我国农村义务教育公共物品提供的政府失灵以及农村义务教育投资低效率的矫正等问题作一简单阐述。
The rural compulsory education occupies the prominent position in c itizen education system.The international community has reached an agreement t hat the public goods in compulsory education should be provided by government.I n the paper,the author talks about the government's duty in the rural compulso ry education,points out that currently the government's offering public goods in rural compulsory education is out of order and puts forward suggestions to c orrect the low efficiency investment in rural compulsory education.
