摘要
介绍了实验室选定骨料配方、确定粘结剂配入量和工艺条件研制全石墨质阴极炭块,同时将所制得工业试验块和国外同类产品性能进行了比较。结果表明,除气孔率外,工业试验炭块完全达到了研制目标要求。
The preparation process for full graphite cathode carbon block, including selection of foumula, determination of binder amount and optimization of technological parameters, was introduced. The properties of blocks obtained were compared with that of the block made in foreign countries. The results showed that the full graphite cathode carbon blocks obtained had reached the preset objectives.
