全石墨质铝用阴极炭块的研制与应用 被引量:1

摘要 通过对全石墨质阴极炭块生产用原料的选择、生产配方的选用、黏结剂用量及生产工艺参数确定等方面的探讨,成功地开发出了全石墨质铝用阴极炭块。将所制得工业试验块应用于306kA电解槽实验,结果表明,工业试验炭块完全达到了研制目标,并优于国外同类产品性能,节电效果显著。 A full- graphitic cathode carbon block for Muminium was successfully developed through the selection of raw materials, the choice of formula, adhesives and control of production technical parameters. And the obtained experimental sample was applied in 306 kA cell. The results show that the industrial test carbon block can fully meet the objectives of development and the performance is higher than that of the same kind of foreign products, and energy- saving effect is significant.
