摘要 以钼粉、铁-硼合金粉和铁粉为原料,加入料浆添加剂,制备出成形料浆;用料浆喷涂法在Q235钢基体上成形覆层坯体;在真空烧结炉中通过原位反应液相烧结工艺制备出三元硼化物基金属陶瓷覆层。覆层强化了钢基体的力学性能,覆层与钢基体产生牢固的冶金结合,并具有较高的硬度和优良的耐磨性、耐腐蚀性,在机械工程领域具有广泛的应用前景。 Using Mo powder, B-Fe alloy powder and Fe powder as raw materials, added with slurry making agents, the green body formed slurry was prepared. The green body was formed by slurry spray method on the Q235 steel substrate. Ternary boride based cermet cladding material was prepared by in situ reaction and liquid phase sintering technology in vacuum furnace. The cladding can increase the mechanical properties of steel substrate. Firm metallurgic bonding was obtained between cladding and steel substrate. The cladding material has high hardness, excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and can be widely used in mechanical engineering area.
