烧结温度对钢结硬质合金覆层/碳素钢结合强度的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Sintering Temperature on Bonding Strength of Steel-bonded Cemented Carbide-carbon Steel

摘要 采用液相烧结技术成功地将爆炸压制后的钢结硬质合金粉末复合在碳素钢的表面.为判断钢结硬质合金覆层/碳素钢基体之间的冶金结合状况,通过三点弯曲试验研究了不同烧结温度下的结合强度.结果表明:在1 340~1 350℃温度下烧结,钢结硬质合金覆层/碳素钢基体之间产生冶金结合,并且在1 350℃下烧结界面冶金结合状况良好,具有较高的结合强度. Steel-bonded cemented carbide powders being compacted by explosive compaction were bonded to the surface of carbon steel using liquid phase sintering. The bonding strength between steel-bonded cemented carbide cladding and carbon steel substrate at different sintering temperatures was studied by bending experiment for judging the bonded condition. The metallurgical bonding was produced between 1 340 ℃ and 1 350 ℃. A good bonding condition and high bonding strength at the interface were found at 1 350 ℃ by sintering.
