摘要
目的 :观察活血解郁汤对脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗效果。方法 :将该类住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例 ,治疗组予自拟活血解郁汤口服 ,对照组予阿米替林治疗 ,两组患者连续治疗28天为1疗程 ,共治疗2个疗程。结果 :治疗组疗效优于对照组(经Ridit分析 ,u=2.09,P<0.05) ,其毒副反应明显少于对照组。结论 :活血解郁汤对脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗效果满意 ,且无毒副反应。
Purpose: To observe the curative effects of self-prepared Huo Xue Jie Yu Decoction on stoke depression. Methods: 60 cases of stoke depression were randomly arranged into two groups, with the treatment group of 30 cases being treated with the self-prepared Huo Xue Jie Yu Decoction and the control group of the other 30 cases treated with amitriptyline. Two treatment courses (each one lasting 28 days) were given to each group continuously. Results: The curative effects were indicated better in the treatment group(P<0.05), with fewer side effects (P<0.05) when compared with the control group. Conclusions: It turns out that better curative effects can be achieved from the self-prepared Huo Xue Jie Yu Decoction in treating stoke depression and fewer side effects are produced.
