摘要
采用疏肝解郁 ,滋阴安神 ,化痰醒脑的温阳奋志振颓汤治疗中风后抑郁症 4 0例与西药抗抑郁治疗对比观察 ,疗程 4周。结果治疗组与对照组临床疗效及HAMD评分减分率相当 ,但治疗组在起效时间、异常血流变学的改善、提高生活活动能力等整体疗效上明显优于对照组 ,且无明显的毒副作用。
Forty cases of depression after apoplexy were treated for 4 weeks respectively by western anti-depression medicine and Wenyang Fenzhi Zhentui Decoction characterized by soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of qi, nourishing yin and tranquilizing the mind and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation. As a result, the therapeutic effect and HAMD mark-reducing rate of the treated group was equivalent to that of the controlled group. While with regard to the therapeutic start time, the improvement of abnormal hemorheology, the increase of life motion ability, the treated group was superior to the controlled group, without any side effects.
