摘要
综述了近几年对环氧树脂电性能的改进研究进展,指出改性主要从5个方面:环氧树脂自身的改良、固化剂改性、促进剂改性、稀释剂改性、填料改性,经过改性后的环氧树脂,电性能更优良,用途更广泛。
In the article,recent research and application development of modifying electrical properties of epoxy resin cured were summarized with 22 refs.including five sides:improvement of epoxy resin self structure and blending;modifying curing agent;accelerant modified;selection of thinner and treatment method of additive.By now,thier electrical properties had become better and their application were more widely.
