摘要
基于校企合作、工学结合模式的双主体、交互式特点,针对校企合作、工学结合的绩效评价问题,构建由目标层、准则层、指标层、分指标层四层结构组成的多级评价指标体系。应用模糊综合评价的方法建立综合评价数学模型,结合校企合作实例,对该绩效评价指标体系的应用予以说明,为评价校企合作、工学结合绩效提供较为科学的量化测评方法。
Based on the dual-subject and interactive characteristics of the mode of college-enterprise cooperation and work-learning combination,and in view of the issues in its performance evaluation,the multilevel appraisal index system which consists of target layer,criterion layer,index layer and vice-index layer is established in this paper. By the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation mathematics model is also introduced. Meanwhile,through the example of college-enterprise combination,the application of this performance evaluation index system is explained,which provides the comparatively scientific quantification measurement for the performance evaluation of college-enterprise cooperation and work-learning combination.
