摘要 高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设存在如质量不高、进阶式发展和作用发挥不够、技能结构待优化等主要问题,采取优化"双师型"教师来源结构、完善认定标准、健全培训体系和完善考核激励机制等措施,可以促进"双师型"教师队伍建设。 Some problems existed in the construction of'Double-qualified'teachers in higher vocational colleges,such as medium teaching abilities,advanced development,imperfect function and incomplete skill structures.Measures are proposed to improve the construction of'Double qualified'teachers by optimizing the structure of the teacher sources,certification standards,development of training systems,and the mechanisms of incentive evaluation.
