摘要
目的探讨不同因素(月龄、性别、分娩方式)对婴幼儿肠道菌群初期构建(前1000d)的影响,为婴幼儿科学喂养提供依据。方法采集陕西地区健康婴幼儿36份粪便样本,利用高通量测序技术进行16Sr DNA测序检测,分析主要菌群差异性。结果 (1)随着月龄增加,菌群丰度增加,0~6月龄组婴儿肠道菌群中门水平Actinobacteria和Firmicutes相对丰度之和均大于82%,0~6、6~12月龄组在门水平相对丰度最高的均是Actinobacteria,对应的丰度分别为56.58%、59.00%,无显著性差异,而12~36月龄组中相对丰度最高的是Firmicutes,占60.66%;(2)相同性别、不同分娩方式的婴幼儿在0~6、6~12月龄组中菌群构成在门水平上无差异,而在12~36月龄组存在显著差异,女性幼儿肠道菌群在门水平上存在显著性差异的菌群是拟杆菌门,且其在顺产组丰度显著高于剖腹产组;(3)性别对0~6、6~12月龄组婴幼儿肠道菌群影响不明显,但对12~36月龄组有显著影响,代表菌群是拟杆菌门,且在女婴组丰度显著高于男婴组。结论受试婴儿在属水平上已显示出丰富的菌群多样性,不同月龄对婴幼儿肠道菌群初期构建影响明显,在0~6、6~12月龄组中分娩方式、性别因素对婴幼儿肠道菌群构建影响不明显。
Objective To explore the influence of different factors(age,gender,delivery mode)on the initial construction(in the first 1000 days)of intestinal flora in infants,and provide scientific basis for feeding of infants.Methods A total of 36 fecal samples were collected from Shanxi province,and 16 S rDNA sequencing was carried out using high-throughput sequencing technology,to analyze the difference of major bacterial flora.Results(1)With the increasing age,the abundance of flora increased,and the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and Firmicutes in the intestinal flora of infants in 0-6 month age group accounted for more than 82%.The highest relative abundance was Actinobacteria in the 0-6,6-12 month age groups,and the corresponding abundances were 56.58%and 59%respectively,without significant difference,The highest abundance was Firmicutes in the 12-36 months age group,accounting for 60.66%;(2)In the 0-6,6-12 month age groups,there was no difference in intestinal flora of the infants from the same sex and different delivery modes at the level of phylum.However,there were significant differences in the 12-36 month age group.The flora from female intestine with significant differences at the level of phylum was Bacteroides,and flora diversity in vaginal delivery group was significantly higher than that in caesarean group;(3)Sex had no influence on infant intestinal microflora in 0-6 and 6-12 months groups,There were significant differences in 12-36 months group,and the representative flora was Bacteroides,and the abundance in the female group was significantly higher than that in the male group.Conclusion The tested infants displayed rich flora diversity at the genus level.The influence of age on the early construction of intestinal flora in infants is obvious.In the 0-6,6-12 month groups,the delivery mode and gender had no significant effect on the intestinal flora construction of infants.
