摘要
采用氨磺灵、氟乐灵和秋水仙素对‘Dakota’安祖花组培苗进行浸泡处理,诱导多倍体产生。结果表明,15 mg·L-1氨磺灵处理7 d,死亡率为14.58%,诱导率达48.72%;100 mg·L-1氟乐灵处理5 d,死亡率为16.67%,诱导率达71.79%;0.5%秋水仙素处理5 d,死亡率为31.11%,诱导率达62.96%。
In vitro polyploid plants of Anthurium andraeanum‘Dakota'were induced by using oryzalin,trifluralin and colchicine with different concentrations and treatment duration. The results showed that there were significant differences among different inducers. For oryzalin,maximum induction rate was 48.72% and the plants death rate was 14.58% at 15 mg · L-1 level. Trifluralin,the maximum induction rate was 71.79% at 100 mg · L-1 level with just 16.67% death rate. As colchicine,the highest induction rate 62.96% while the death rate reached up to 31.11% at 0.5% level.
