摘要
结合近期微生物燃料电池的发展,介绍微生物燃料电池工作原理及电子转移机制,深入探讨其主要组成部件与发展趋势,根据产电菌氧化反应所需碳源和能源不同,着重从微生物学角度对产电菌进行分类,指出并分析其实际应用与推广的瓶颈所在,为微生物燃料电池的发展提供新思路。
Combining with the recent development of microbial fuel cell,the working principle and electron transfer mechanism of microbial fuel cell are introduced. The main components and development trend of microbial fuel cell are discussed in detail. According to the different carbon sources and energy sources needed in the oxidation reaction of electricity-producing bacteria,the classification of electricity-producing bacteria is emphasized from the point of view of microbiology,and its practical application is pointed out and analyzed. The bottleneck of application and extension will provide new ideas for the development of microbial fuel cells.
