不同秸秆还田量对华北小麦—玉米体系土壤中小型节肢动物的影响 被引量:7

Effects of straw returning on soil meso- and micro-arthropod community diversity in wheat-maize fields in North China

摘要 为了解华北潮土区不同量秸秆长期还田对土壤中小型节肢动物的影响,在农业农村部环境保护科研监测所武清农业生态试验站调查了冬小麦和夏玉米秸秆不还田(对照,S0)、秸秆25%还田(S25)、秸秆50%还田(S50)、秸秆75%还田(S75)和秸秆100%还田(S100)等处理定位试验的土壤中小型节肢动物群落变化.共鉴定出玉米田中小型土壤动物2 394个,隶属于7纲6目47科.等节跳科(Isotomidae)、棘跳科(Onychiuridae)为优势类群.常见类群为18个,稀有类群27个,分别占采集总数的64.83%和5.97%.与对照相比,秸秆还田降低了土壤动物类群,且类群数随还田量的增加呈下降趋势.但秸秆还田对土壤动物数量无显著性影响(P> 0.05).秸秆还田能增加土壤0-10 cm土层动物多样性指数H、均匀性指数J和丰富度指数D.上述结果表明,土壤中小型节肢动物群落组成与秸秆还田相关,秸秆连续还田对表层(0-10 cm)土壤动物有促进作用,有利于其群落稳定. To investigate the influence of straw returning on soil fauna, we carried out five corn-straw returning treatments—no straw control(S0), 25% straw returning(S25), 50% straw returning(S50), 75% straw returning(S75), and 100% straw returning(S100)—at Wuqing Agro-ecology Experimental Station, Agro-environmental Protection Institute, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China. A total of 2 394 individuals, belonging to 7 classes, 6 orders, and 47 super-families,were extracted and identified in the plot. In all straw returning treatments, two groups, Isotomidae and Onychiuridae, were dominant;18 groups were common, accounting for 64.83%;and 27 groups were rare, accounting for 5.97% of all soil fauna.Compared with the control, the straw returning treatment to the field reduced the number of soil fauna groups, and the number of groups decreased with increasing amounts of straw returning. However, the straw returning treatment to the field had no significant effect on the number of soil fauna(P > 0.05). Straw returning can increase the Shannon-Weiner, Pielou, and Margalef indices for soil fauna in the top 0–10-cm soil layer. These results indicate that straw returning has a positive effect on soil fauna and is beneficial to the stability of the soil fauna community in the surface soil(0-10 cm).
