摘要
以微生物菌剂为试材,采用田间小区试验的方法,研究了微生物菌剂对土壤-金丝小枣-肥料系统中各指标的影响变化情况,以期为该地区金丝小枣科学减施氮肥提供参考依据。结果表明:在施用微生物菌剂的前提下,氮肥施用量降至常规施氮量的80%(480kg·hm^(-2))时,土壤的供氮能力最强,脲酶活性达到422mg·kg^(-1),土壤碱解氮含量为90mg·kg^(-1),产量为9 153.00kg·hm-2,增产率达到了17.71%;氮肥的偏生产能力较高,比对照(CK)增加了6.11kg·kg^(-1);金丝小枣的品质较好,单果质量为5.655g,可溶性总糖含量达24.43%,维生素C和可滴定酸含量差异不显著;枣浆烂病和裂果病发病率也较低,比对照(CK)分别下降了16.82、6.89个百分点。
Microbial agents was used as test materials,by the field plot test method,the effects of microbial agents on the various indexes were studied in the soil-golden jujube-fertilizer system in order to provide reference for scientific nitrogen reduction of golden jujube in this area.The results showed that under the premise of applying microbial agents,when the nitrogen fertilizer application amount was reduced to 80%(480kg·hm^-2)of the conventional nitrogen application amount,the soil nitrogen supply capacity was the strongest,and the urease activity was 422 mg·kg^-1.The nitrogen content was90mg·kg^-1;the yield was 9 153.00kg·hm^-2,and the increase rate was 17.71%;the partial production capacity of nitrogen fertilizer was higher,which was 6.11kg·kg^-1 higher than that of the control;the quality of the jujube was better.The single fruit weight was 5.655 g,the total soluble sugar content was 24.43%,the difference of vitamin C and titratable acid content was not significant,and the incidence of jujube pulp decay disease and fruit cracking was also low,which was decreased by 16.82% and 6.89% compared with the control,respectively.
