摘要
目的构建精神科专科护士核心能力评价指标体系。方法运用德尔菲专家咨询法对29名专家进行两轮函询,以确定精神科专科护士核心能力的各级评价指标及权重。结果通过两轮专家函询,形成了6个一级指标、20个二级指标、39个三级指标。两轮函询专家的权威系数在0.74~0.92之间,两轮咨询结果显示总体指标的协调系数为0.345~0.447,经检验,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论精神科专科护士核心能力各级评价指标专家咨询意见趋于一致,专家积极性和权威性高,为精神科专科护士核心能力的培养、考核和评价提供了依据。
Objective To establish core competence evaluation index system for psychiatry specialized nurses. Methods Delphi method was used to take two rounds of enquiry for 29 experts, so as to confirm the evaluation indexes and weight of core competence for psychiatry specialized nurses. Results Through two rounds of enquiry for experts, 6 firstlevel indicators, 20 second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators were formed. The authority of two rounds of enquiry for experts was 0.74-0.92, the results of two rounds of enquiry showed that the coefficient of Kendall was0.345-0.447, the differences were highly statistically significant(P < 0.01). Conclusion The advice of experts has good coordination for the evaluation indexes of core competence for psychiatry specialized nurses. The enthusiasm and authority of experts are high, which provide reference for the access, certification and evaluation of core competence of psychiatry specialized nurses.
