摘要
目的探讨趋化因子1(CXCL1)在胃癌中的表达及胃癌微血管生成的关系。方法选择2013年10月~2014年10月于秦皇岛市第一医院手术切除并经病理确诊的79例胃癌组织和18例癌旁正常胃黏膜组织,采用免疫组织化学En Vision法检测各组织中CD34和CXCL1的表达情况,分析CXCL1和CD34-MVD的相关性。结果与癌旁正常胃黏膜组织比较,胃癌组织中CXCL1呈过表达(P<0.05),且有淋巴结转移者明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05);胃癌组织中CXCL1的表达和CD34-MVD呈正相关(r=0.715,P<0.05)。结论胃癌组织中CXCL1的高表达可能通过参与胃癌微血管生成进而影响胃癌的侵袭转移。
Objective To investigate the expression of CXCL1 and the relationship between CXCL1 and angiogenesis in gastric cancer carcinoma. Methods Seventy-nine tissues of gastric carcinoma and 18 tissues of non-neoplastic gastric from October 2013 to October 2014 confirmed by pathological diagnosis in the Qinhuangdao First Hospital were collected, the expression patterns of CXCL1 and CD34 in all gastric tissues were determined by immunohistochemical staining analysis and the correlation between CXCL1 and CD34-MVD was analyzed. Results Compared with normal gastric mucosa tissues adjacent to carcinoma, the expression of CXCL1 was higher in the gastric carcinoma(P < 0.05), and the positive expression was significantly higher in the tissues with metastasis than that in the tissues without metastasis(P <0.05). The expression of CD34-MVD was positively correlated with CXCL1 in gastric carcinoma(r = 0.715, P < 0.05).Conclusion The high expression of CXCL1 plays an important role in metastasis of gastric through participating in tumor angiogenesis.
