摘要
目的探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合硫酸镁对妊娠期高血压疾病患者血压、新生儿结局及分娩方式的影响。方法将2015年1月~2016年3月苏州科技城医院收治的40例妊娠期高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。对照组患者采用硫酸镁治疗,观察组患者采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合硫酸镁治疗。比较两组患者的血流动力学指标、血压水平、凝血指标、新生儿结局及分娩方式。结果治疗后观察组患者的血细胞比容、血黏度及阻力指数均较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前和对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的血浆凝血酶原时间、血浆凝血酶时间和活化部分凝血活酶时间均较治疗前和对照组明显升高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的纤维蛋白原较治疗前和对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组新生儿的并发症发生率较对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的顺产率较对照组明显提高(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片联合硫酸镁治疗可明显改善妊娠期高血压疾病患者血流动力学指标、血压水平和凝血指标,改善妊娠结局,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets combined with Magnesium Sulfate on blood pressure,neonatal outcome and delivery mode of patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. Methods Forty pregnancy induced hypertension patients from January 2015 to March 2016 were divided into two groups were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 20 cases in each group.Control group was treated by Magnesium Sulfate, while observation group was treated by Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets combined with Magnesium Sulfate. Hemodynamic parameters, blood pressure level, coagulation index, neonatal outcome and delivery mode of patients in two groups were compared. Results Hemocyte backlog, blood viscosity and RI in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment and control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment and control group(P < 0.05). PT, TT and APTT in observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment and control group after treatment(P < 0.05). FIB in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment and control group after treatment(P < 0.05). Complication rate of newborn in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Normal delivery rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets combined with Magnesium Sulfate can effectively improve hemodynamic parameters, blood pressure level, coagulation index and neonatal outcome, and improve the treatment effect.
