摘要
作者从工作实践出发,谈了项目前期阶段造价控制的意义和条件。文章着重阐述了怎样从真正意义上做好造价控制、把好造价关,特别强调了优化设计、加强设计文件与造价文件的审查力度对控制好造价的重要性。
Based on the practice, the significance and condition of cost controlling in the early phase of a project, especially how to do a good cost controlling and graantee the cost, are analysed in detail. Also, the importance of bettering the design, strengthening censoring of design and cost documents are emphysized in controlling the cost.
