摘要
对建筑工程造价预结算审核问题进行了探讨,在介绍预结算审核内容的基础上,提出了有效改善建筑工程造价预结算的对策,包括采用合理的审核方法、加大施工设计及审查力度、建立整套体系进行造价控制等方法。
The paper explores building engineering cost pre-settlement audit problems,introduces the pre-settlement audit contents,and puts for-ward effective building engineering cost pre-settlement countermeasures,such as applying rational audit methods,strengthening construction de-sign and audit control,and establishing systematical cost control methods and so on.
