摘要
随着临床麻醉药的普遍应用,其不良反应也逐渐被人们发现,其中就包括麻醉药对肺脏的一些不良影响。有资料显示,麻醉药的应用会导致肺损伤,主要表现为肺水清除率的下降,进一步发展为肺水肿。然而,另一方面,麻醉药对肺部又有一定的保护作用,主要表现在可于术中减轻缺血/再灌注对肺脏带来的损伤。该文就麻醉药对肺脏作用的研究进展予以综述。
As the popular application of anesthetics in clinical,the side effects have gradually been discovered,including its harmful effects to lungs. There are data showing that the application of anesthetics can lead to injury of lungs,with the decrease of the clearance of alveolar fluid as the main manifestation,which then leads to pulmonary edema. However,anesthetics can protect lungs to some degree,which mainly refers to the reduction of injury caused by ischemia-reperfusion. Here is to make a review of the research advances in the effects of anesthetic on lungs.
