摘要
目的:探讨不同矩阵大小对一体化PET/MR图像质量的影响。方法:依据美国电器制造商协会(NEMA)NU2-2007标准,对国际电工委员会(IEC)61675-1标准规定的PET图像质量体模进行扫描;分别在像素矩阵为128×128、192×192和256×256的3种不同条件下重建PET图像,分析对比度(Q)、背景变化率(N)、信噪比(SNR)、衰减和散射矫正精度(?C)等参数。结果:以像素矩阵128×128条件下重建结果为参考,使用飞行时间(TOF)技术和非TOF技术,对比度平均值分别增长11.45%、10.1%和7.14%、7.92%;背景变化率均值分别降低了0.04%、0.22%和0.27%、0.2%;信噪比均值分别提高了3.71、3.69和2.71、3.06;衰减和散射矫正精度均值分别增加了0.28%、0.28%和1.04%、0.33%。结论:增大图像重建矩阵可提高PET图像质量,两种较大矩阵之间的图像质量差异并不明显。
Objective: To explore the effects of different matrix sizes on image quality of integrated PET/MR. Methods: According to the NU 2-2007 protocol of NEMA, the PET image quality phantom that was stipulated by(IEC)61675-1 standard was scanned. Under different sizes of matrix(128×128, 192×192, 256×256), PET image were reconstructed. And then, the contrast recovery(Q), background variability(N), signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and correction precision of attenuation and scattering(ΔC) were further analyzed. Result: The reconstructed result of the matrix size of 128×128 was used as reference. The means of Q were increased 11.45% and 10.1% under the condition of TOF technique and means were increased 7.14% and 7.92% under the condition of non-TOF. And the means of N were decreased 0.04% and0.22% with TOF, and those were decreased 0.27% and 0.2% with non-TOF. And the means of SNR were increased 3.71 and 3.69 with TOF, and those were increased 2.71 and 3.06 with non-TOF. Besides, the means of ΔC were increased 0.28% and 0.28%with TOF and those were 1.04% and 0.33% with non-TOF. Conclusion: Through enlarges the reconstructed image matrix can enhance image quality of PET. And the difference of image quality between the two larger matrixes was no significant.
