摘要
目的:分析宫颈癌采用192Ir近距离腔内放疗联合体外逆向调强放射治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年10月—2017年5月收治的70例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,均采用192Ir近距离腔内放疗联合体外逆向调强放射治疗,分析临床疗效与药物毒副作用发生情况。结果:研究中所有患者均接受2年左右随访,随访率为100%,没有出现失访患者,随访1年患者存活率为100%(700/70),随访2年时存活率为82.86%(58/70);15例患者出现白细胞减少现象,5例患者出现中性粒细胞减少现象,9例患者血小板减少,15例患者贫血,10例患者出现胃肠道反应,9例患者出现泌尿系统反应。结论:宫颈癌采用192Ir近距离腔内放疗联合体外逆向调强放射治疗的临床疗效显著,药物毒副作用较轻。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 192 Ir brachytherapy combined with external reverse intensity modulation radiotherapy for cervical cancer.Methods From October 2014 to May 2017,70 patients with cervical cancer were treated with 192 Ir brachytherapy combined with external reverse intensity modulation radiotherapy.The clinical efficacy and side effects of the drugs were analyzed.Results All the patients in the study were followed up for about 2 years.The followup rate was 100%.There was no loss of follow-up.The survival rate of the patients was 100%(700≤70)after 1 year followup,and survived at 2 years of follow-up.The rate was 82.86%(58≤70),leukopenia occurred in 15 patients,neutropenia occurred in 5 patients,thrombopenia in 9 patients,anemia in 15 patients,gastrointestinal reaction in 10 patients and urinary system reaction in 9 patients.Conclusion The clinical effect of 192 Ir brachytherapy combined with external reverse intensity modulation radiotherapy for cervical cancer is remarkable,and the toxic and side effects of the drug are mild.
