摘要
目的:老年胃肠道间质瘤多层螺旋CT诊断的价值分析。方法:选择2018年1月份—12月份收治的胃肠道间质瘤的确诊患者74例为研究对象,按照检查方式的不同分成两组,对照组实施常规扫描,研究组实施多层螺旋CT扫描检查,两组检查符合率,研究组多层螺旋CT扫描疾病不同分级检查各项指标比较(平扫,静脉期,动脉期)。结果:对照组检查诊断符合率75.68%,与研究组检查诊断符合率100%比较,两组差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。研究组患者随着疾病危重程度的提高,多层螺旋CT平扫、静脉期、动脉期指标均不同程度增加,组内比较有差异,P <0.05,有统计学意义。结论:老年胃肠道间质瘤多层螺旋CT诊断准确率较高,且对疾病严重程度有明确指标指示,利于临床对疾病程度的判定。
Objective To evaluate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors in the elderly.Methods Seventy-four patients with confirmed gastrointestinal stromal tumors from January to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the different examination methods.The control group was routinely scanned and the study group underwent multi-slice spiral CT scan.Examination,the two groups of examination compliance rate,the study group multi-slice spiral CT scan disease classification of different indicators(flat scan,venous phase,arterial phase).Results The coincidence rate of the control group was 75.68%.Compared with the study group,the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the study group increased with the severity of the disease,and the multi-slice spiral CT scan,venous phase,and arterial phase index increased in different degrees,and there were differences in the group,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT in elderly patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumor is high,and there is a clear indication of the severity of the disease,which is conducive to the clinical judgment of the disease.
