摘要 目的:256排螺旋CT三维重建在鼻骨骨折诊断中应用价值的临床研究。方法:选取该院2017年2月—2018年4月收治的42例鼻骨骨折患者作为研究对象,采取256排螺旋CT扫描数据进行多平面重建(MPR)及容积重建(VR)等后处理技术,以评价256排螺旋CT对鼻骨骨折的临床实用价值。结果:256排螺旋CT后处理技术能够明确显示骨折的位置、形态及分型,42例患者中,单纯线性骨折24例;粉碎性骨折18例;复合性骨折28例。结论:256排螺旋CT三维后处理技术能够清晰、立体、多方位准确显示鼻骨骨折,检查准确率较X线数字成像(DR)明显提高,在鼻骨骨折明确诊断中有其独特优势,对临床判断预后具有重要意义。 Objective Clinical research of 256-slice spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of nasal bone fracture.Methods 42 patients with nasal bone fracture admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the study subjects.Multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and volume reconstruction(VR)of 256-slice spiral CT scans were used to evaluate the clinical value of 256-slice spiral CT in nasal bone fracture.Results Postprocessing technique of256-slice spiral CT can clearly show the position,shape and type of fracture.Of the 42 patients,24 were simple linear fracture.18 comminuted fracture and 28 complex fracture.Conclusion Three-dimensional post-processing technology of 256-slice spiral CT can display nasal bone fracture clearly,stereoscopically and accurately in many directions.The accuracy rate of examination was significantly higher than that of X-ray digital imaging(DR).It has unique advantages in definite diagnosis of nasal bone fracture and is of great significance in clinical prognosis.
