摘要
青少年特发性脊柱侧凸(Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是脊柱侧凸类疾病中最常见的类型,充分了解胸椎椎弓根的相关参数特点是安全对其手术置钉矫正的必要条件,随着现代影像学技术与计算机技术的发展进步,对AIS胸椎椎弓根复杂的变异结构与形态的认识也趋于立体化与精准化。本文主要综述了AIS胸椎椎弓根相关参数的研究及进展。
Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis is the most common type of scoliosis disease, fully understand the relevant parameters characteristics of thoracic pedicle is safe for the operation the necessary conditions of nail correction, with the development of computer technology and the progress of modern imaging technology, understanding of the variation of structure and morphology of AIS thoracic vertebral arch root complex is more and more three-dimensional and precise. In this paper, the research and progress of the AIS thoracic pedicle related parameters are reviewed.
