摘要
目的:探讨白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术对高度近视性视网膜劈裂影响。方法:回顾性分析2015年2月—2017年2月期间我院收治的54例(73只眼)高度近视性视网膜劈裂白内障需行白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗患者的病历资料,治疗后1个月均应用眼底激光荧光血管造影检查。结果:手术后患者的平均BCVA水平明显优于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非中心凹劈裂MF眼患者BCVA平均水平明显优于中心凹劈裂MF眼患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高度近视性视网膜劈裂采用白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术治疗前后应用眼底激光荧光血管造影检查,有助于明确引发术后低视力的原发病,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effects of phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation on highly myopic retinal cleft. Methods A retrospective analysis in February 2015-February 2015, our hospital during the period of 54 cases(73 eyes) of high myopia sex retina split cataract to cataract ultrasonic emulsification iol implantation in the treatment of patients with medical records, 1 month after treatment applied laser fluorescence fundus angiography. Results The average BCVA level of patients after surgery was significantly better than that before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average level of BCVA was significantly better than that in the center of the patients with non-central concave fracture MF, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion High myopic retinopathy splitting the cataract ultrasonic emulsification iol implantation applied laser fluorescence fundus angiography before and after the treatment, help determine cause of low vision after the primary disease, has higher application value.
