摘要
目的探析高度近视人群眼底病变的危险因素,为临床高度近视人群眼底病变的预防措施和治疗方案提供参考依据。方法128例高度近视患者,均接受眼底检查,观察患者眼底病变的发生情况;将发生眼底病变患者作为研究组(32例),未发生眼底病变的患者作为参照组(96例),分析高度近视患者发生眼底病变的危险因素。结果128例高度近视患者中,共32例患者经眼底检查确诊为眼底病变,所占比例为25.00%。两组性别、年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组近视病程、屈光度、眼轴长度及定期接受眼底检查、及时更换眼镜、用眼习惯良好情况比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:近视病程>10年、屈光度>-20.0 D、眼轴长度≥30.0 mm、未定期接受眼底检查是导致高度近视患者眼底病变的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论高度近视人群发生眼底病变的风险性较高,近视病程>10年、屈光度>-20.0 D、眼轴长度≥30.0 mm、未定期接受眼底检查为眼底病变发生的危险因素。
Objective To discuss and analyzed the risk factors of fundus lesions in people with high myopia,and provide references for clinical prevention and treatment of fundus lesions in people with high myopia.Methods A total of 128 patients with high myopia all received fundus examination to observe the occurrence of fundus lesions;the patients with fundus lesions were taken as the study group,and those without fundus lesions as the reference group to analyze the risk factors of fundus lesions in patients with high myopia.Results Among 128 patients with high myopia,a total of 32 patients were diagnosed with fundus disease through fundus examination,accounting for 25.00%.There was no statistically significant difference in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the course of myopia,diopter,axial length,regular fundus examination,timely replacement of glasses and good habits of using eyes between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the course of myopia>10 years,diopter>-20.0 D,axial length≥30.0 mm,and failure to undergo regular fundus examinations were risk factors for fundus lesions in patients with high myopia(P<0.05).Conclusion People with high myopia have a higher risk of fundus lesions,the course of myopia>10 years,diopter>-20.0 D,axial length≥30.0 mm,and failure to undergo regular fundus examinations are risk factors for fundus lesions.
