摘要
目的:评价果酸换肤联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗中度寻常型痤疮疗效与安全性。方法:入选的86例中度寻常型痤疮患者,随机分为两组,每组43例。治疗组给予果酸换肤联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗,对照组仅给予夫西地酸乳膏治疗,两组患者均治疗一个疗程,共计8周。结果:治疗组的有效率为85.37%,对照组的有效率为64.29%,两组有效率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:果酸换肤联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗中度寻常型痤疮是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of glycolic acid peeling combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris. Methods The enrolled 86 patients with moderate acne vulgaris were divided into two groups randomly,each group had 43 cases.The treatment group received glycolic peeling combined with fusidic acid cream.Thecontrol groupreceived onlyfusidic acid cream. Result In the treatment group,the effective rate was 85.37%,meanwhile,,it was 64.29% in the control group.The difference of the effective rate bettween two groups was significant(P < 0.05).Compared the adverse reactions of two groups,had no differece statistically significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion Glycolic acidpeeling combined with fusidic acid cream is proved to be an effective and safety in the treatment of moderate acne vulgaris.
