摘要
目的探讨克拉霉素片联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮临床疗效。方法方便选择2019年6月—2021年6月在该院皮肤科治疗的寻常痤疮患者158例,采用随机数字表分为对照组及治疗组,各79例。对照组患者口服克拉霉素片,治疗组患者在对照组患者治疗措施的基础上,采用夫西地酸乳膏治疗。比较两组寻常痤疮患者临床疗效、复发、炎性皮损、非炎性皮损改善程度、痤疮综合分级及不良反应发生情况。结果患者疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.628,P<0.001)。对照组有效率为88.61%,治疗组有效率为98.73%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.832,P=0.009)。治疗后,两组患者的痤疮分级情况比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.179,P=0.001)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.113,P=0.292)。对照组患者复发率高于治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克拉霉素片联合夫西地酸乳膏治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效较好,可改善痤疮分级和降低复发率,且安全性较好,适合临床治疗使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clarithromycin tablets combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods A total of 158 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in the dermatology department of the hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were conveniently selected.And they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group by random number table,with 79 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with clarithromycin tablets orally,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with fusidic acid cream based on the treatment measures of the patients in the control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence,improvement of inflammatory skin lesions,non-inflammatory skin lesions,comprehensive acne classification and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients with acne vulgaris.Results Comparison of curative effects between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.628,P<0.001).The effective rate of the control group was 88.61%,and that of the treatment group was 98.73%,comparison between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.832,P=0.009).After treatment,comparison of acne grading between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.179,P=0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ^(2)=1.113,P=0.292).The recurrence rate in the control group was significantly higher than that in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of clarithromycin tablets combined with fusidic acid cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris is good,it can improve acne classification and reduce the recurrence rate,and it is safe and suitable for clinical treatment.
