摘要 目的了解农村幼儿园饮用水卫生学状况,为预防饮水传染病提供依据。方法 2017年8月对青岛市即墨区农村幼儿园的饮水卫生状况进行调查,对幼儿园的饮用水进行了细菌总数、总大肠菌群、硝酸盐氮、氟化物监测。结果调查299家幼儿园的盛水容器,218家(72.91%)为不锈钢保温桶,均有盖。每周洗刷并消毒5次以上的仅有179家(59.86%),均用含氯消毒剂进行浸泡消毒。其他为电热壶兼用容器。有158家(52.84%)幼儿园,都是先烧开,然后用容器把开水接出来,再倒入保温桶中,待冷却后或不烫人后,再提供给孩子们喝。所采299家幼儿园的饮用水中,不合格43家,不合格项目均为细菌总数。总体合格率为85.62%。结论不当的饮水方式是造成细菌总数超标的原因。细菌总数是水质清洁度和净化效果的重要指标。 Objective To understand the situation of drinking water hygiene in rural kindergartens,so as to provide the basis for preventing drinking water infectious diseases.Methods A survey was conducted to investigate the sanitary condition of drinking water in rural kindergartens in Jimo district,Qingdao city in August 2017,and the total number of bacteria,total coliform flora,nitrate nitrogen and fluoride in drinking water were monitored.Results A total of 299 kindergarten water containers were surveyed,218(72.91%)were stainless steel thermos with lids.Only 179 kindergartens(59.86%)washed and disinfected the containers more than 5 times a week,and those containers were all soaked with chlorine-containing disinfectant.Others were electric pots and containers.There were 158 kindergartens(52.84%)boiled the water firstly,and then poured into the thermos buckets to provide to children after cooling.Among all 299 samples from those kindergartens,43 samples were not qualified,and the unqualified item was the total number of bacteria.The overall pass rate was 85.62%.Conclusion The wrong way to drink water is responsible for the excessive number of bacteria.The total number of bacteria is an important indicator of the cleanliness and purification effect of water quality.
