摘要
目的了解阳泉市医疗机构就诊者HIV抗体检测标本来源及检测结果,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2011～2017年HIV抗体检测报告情况进行流行病学分析。结果2011～2017年阳泉市HIV抗体筛查累计576 162人次,确诊阳性261例,阳性率为0.45‰。检测人次数平均年递增率是12.01%。各级医院筛查占比最大(74.63%)。疾控中心筛查阳性率最高为3.78‰,各级医院最高为0.62‰(2015年);不同医疗机构筛查阳性率差异有统计学意义(P <0.01)。术前检测人员筛查人次数最多(36.98%),阳性者配偶或性伴筛查确证阳性率最高(96.77‰)。结论阳泉市各级医疗机构对就诊人群全面铺开PITC服务,积极开展主动监测,扩大监测和检测覆盖面,有助于发现更多的HIV感染者和AIDS病人。
Objective To understand the sources and test results of HIV antibody test specimens of clients in medical institutions in Yangquan city during 2011-2017,so as to provide scientific basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies. Methods The epidemiological analysis of HIV antibody test report was carried out by descriptive epidemidogical method during 2011-2017. Results A total of 576 162 samples were tested in Yangquan city during 2011-2017,including 261 positive cases,with the positive rate of 0.45‰.Average annual rate of increase in the person-time of detections was 12.01%.Most screened cases were from all levels of hospitals(74.63%),the highest screening positive rate was up to 3.78‰ in CDC,the highest level of all levels of hospitals was up to 0.62‰(2015);there was statistically significant difference in screening positive rate among different medical institutions(P <0.01).Most screened cases were from preoperative screening(36.98%),and the positive rate was highest in screening of the spouse or sexual partners of positive cases(96.77‰). Conclusion To find more HIV infected people and AIDS patients,all levels of medical institutions should extend PITC service to all patients,actively carry out monitoring,and expand the coverage of monitoring and testing.
