摘要
目的探讨合格中医家庭保健员的评价标准,为建立完善而有效的评价体系提供参考依据。方法以家庭保健员中医培训教材为基础,自行设计中医药知识问卷,并与2017年中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查问卷进行内容知识结构对比分析;在家庭保健员培训前后进行中医药知识知晓情况及中医药健康文化素养测评,对调查问卷知晓率及得分成绩进行差异分析。结果相对于2017年中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查问卷,家庭保健员中医药知识问卷题型简洁,评判方便,尤其该问卷含慢性病中医保健等知识,整体内容更加实用;家庭保健员培训后,中医药知识知晓率显著提高,差异明显(P<0.01);家庭保健员培训后,中医药文化素养也显著提高,差异明显(P<0.01);家庭保健员培训前后,两种问卷的得分数值进行统计分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),家庭保健员中医药知识问卷与2017年中国公民中医药健康文化素养调查问卷难度值近似。结论家庭保健员中医药知识问卷可以全面反映培训效果及体现中医药文化素养水平,可作为评价中医家庭保健员是否合格的标准问卷推广应用。
Objective To explore the qualified evaluation criteria of family health keepers in traditional Chinese medicine,and to provide reference for the establishment of Systematic evaluation.Methods Based on TCMtraining textbooks for family health keepers,we Self-designed questionnaires on knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,and comparative analyzed of the content knowledge structure with the questionnaire of Chinese citizens'health and cultural literacy of TCM in 2017.Before and after the training,we investigated the knowledge and the health literacy of traditional Chinese medicine of family health keepers,and evaluated awareness rate and scores.Results Compared with the questionnaire on Chinese citizens'health and cultural literacy of TCM in 2017,Self-designed questionnaires questionnaire is concise and easy to judge,especially,the questionnaire contains knowledge of TCM health care of chronic diseases,and the overall content is more practical.After the training of family health keepers,the awareness rate of TCMknowledge increased significantly,with significant difference(P<0.01).And the cultural literacy of TCMwas also significantly improved,X2 test,P<0.01.Before and after the training of family health workers,the scores of the two questionnaires were statistically analyzed,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The difficulty values of the two questionnaires are comparable.Conclusions Family health keepers'knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine questionnaire can fully reflect the training effect and the level of cultural literacy of TCM,and it is worth promoting as practical evaluation criteria.
