摘要
目的评价儿科护理管理工作相关优化措施的实施效果。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年2月间儿科住院患儿759例作为试验组,对儿科护理管理工作中的四方面进行改进,包括儿科护理单元优化,HIS系统儿科部分的优化与充分利用,儿科护理细节优化,规避儿科护理纠纷及医疗风险;以2014年1月—2015年1月间儿科住院患儿804例作为对照组,予以常规的护理管理。比较2组患儿院内感染率、护理出错率、护理满意度、住院时间、纠纷情况等。结果试验组院内感染率、护理出错率、护理满意度、住院时间、纠纷情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理管理的相关优化措施对儿科院内感染控制、医疗纠纷减少、护理差错率降低有一定的作用,并且缩短了患儿住院时间,提高了护理满意度。
Objective To evaluate the effect of optimization measures in pediatric nursing management.Methods A total of 759 pediatric hospitalized children in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the experimental group to improve four aspects of pediatric nursing management,including optimization of pediatric nursing unit,optimization and full utilization of HIS system pediatrics,optimization of pediatric nursing details,avoidance of pediatric nursing disputes and medical risks. 804 pediatric hospitalized children from January 2014 to January 2015 were selected as the control group for routine nursing management.Compare two groups of children with nosocomial infection rate,nursing error rate,nursing satisfaction,length of hospital stay,dispute,etc.Results The infection rate,nursing error rate,nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time and disputes in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimization measures of pediatric nursing management had effect in controling pediatric nosocomial infection,reducing medical disputes and nursing error rate,shorted the time of hospitalization of children and the nursing satisfaction.
