摘要
目的掌握渭南市2005-2015年布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)疫情特点及流行趋势,为科学防控提供建议。方法以"中国疾病预防控制信息系统"2005-2015年报告的渭南市布病病例为研究对象,以现住址、发病日期为统计条件,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果渭南市2005-2015年布病疫情上升迅速;大荔、澄城、蒲城为高发地区,占病例总数的71. 48%(1 311/1 834);发病高峰出现于5～6月,占病例总数的29. 44%(540/1 834); 60～65岁人群发病率最高,男性发病率高于女性。结论渭南市布病疫情防控形势严峻,应通过加强布病疫情监测、牲畜贩卖环节检疫、布病防治知识宣传教育等多途径降低发病率。
Objective To grasp the epidemic characteristics and epidemic trend of brucellosis in Weinan,so as to provide suggestions for scientific prevention and control.Methods Cases reported in China disease control and prevention information system of Weinan from 2005 to 2015 were taken as research subjects.The present address and the date of disease onset were chosen as statistics criteria.Descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the data.Results The epidemic situation of brucellosis in Weinan from 2005 to 2015 increased rapidly.Dali,Chengcheng and Pucheng were high incidence areas,accounting for 71.48%of the total cases(1 311/1 834).The incidence peaked season was from May to August,accounting for29.44%of the total cases(540/1 834).The incidence was the highest in age group of 60~65.The incidence of male is higher than that of female.Conclusion The prevention and control of epidemic situation of brucellosis in Weinan is severe.Multiple measures like strengthening the surveillance of brucellosis,the quarantine of livestock trafficking,and the propaganda and education on brucellosis should be taken to reduce the incidence.
