2016-2017年河北省邯郸市孕妇碘缺乏病监测与质量控制的研究 被引量:2

Study on monitoring and quality control of pregnant women with iodine deficiency in Handan City,Hebei Province,2016-2017

摘要 目的了解2016-2017年邯郸市孕妇碘营养状况,为邯郸市因地制宜开展重点人群碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法按照《邯郸市碘缺乏病监测实施方案》分别对2016年640名和2017年1 320名孕妇的尿碘和盐碘样品监测。结果2016年监测盐碘样本640份,碘盐覆盖率96. 88%,碘盐合格率97. 26%,合格碘盐食用率94. 22%。2017年监测盐碘样本1 320份,碘盐覆盖率96. 97%,碘盐合格率94. 30%,合格碘盐食用率91. 44%。2016年监测尿碘样本640份,尿碘中位数155. 8μg/L,2017年监测尿碘样本1 320份,尿碘中位数178. 0μg/L。结论 2016-2017年邯郸市孕妇碘营养各项指标均达到了全国碘缺乏病消除标准要求,可以认为邯郸市实现了持续消除碘缺乏病危害的目标,但仍然还存在一些问题。今后应加强对重点人群重点地区的监测工作与研究,采取有效措施保证孕妇人群合理碘营养。 Objective To understand the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women in Handan City from 2016 to 2017,and to provide a scientific basis for the implementation of iodine deficiency disorders in key populations in Handan City.Methods According to the'Implementation Plan for Monitoring Iodine Deficiency Diseases in Handan City',urinary iodine and salt iodine samples were collected from 640 pregnant women in 2016 and 1 320 pregnant women in 2017.Results In 2016,640 samples of salt iodine were monitored,the iodized salt coverage rate was 96.88%,the iodized salt qualified rate was 97.26%,and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 94.22%.In 2017,1 320 samples of salt iodine were monitored,the iodized salt coverage rate was 96.97%,the iodized salt qualified rate was 94.30%,and the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was91.44%.In 2016,640 urine iodine samples were monitored,and the median urinary iodine was 155.8μg/L.In 2017,1 320 urine iodine samples were monitored,and the median urinary iodine was 178.0μg/L.Conclusion From 2016 to 2017,all indicators of iodine nutrition for pregnant women in Handan City met the national requirements for elimination of iodine deficiency disorders.It can be considered that Handan City has achieved the goal of continuously eliminating the harm of iodine deficiency,but there are still some problems.In the future,monitoring and research on key areas of key populations should be strengthened,and effective measures should be taken to ensure reasonable iodine nutrition for pregnant women.
