摘要 目的分析绵阳市2017年血吸虫病传播风险因素,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法将钉螺、野粪、钉螺输入、漂浮物和哨鼠作为监测对象,开展风险监测。结果共调查153个环境,调查面积341 157 m2,查出钉螺面积28 585 m2,无新发和复现面积。系统抽样有螺框出现率为9.35%,捕获钉螺2 395只,活螺2 301只,活螺密度为0.26只/框;未发现感染性钉螺。共搜集并检测野粪173份,其中1份牛粪标本阳性。2个县在引进有螺区植物的种植地进行了钉螺输入监测,共调查面积10 350 m2,调查336框,有螺框10框,捕获并压检钉螺14只,未发现感染性钉螺。5个县市区在12个乡镇、19个村、23个环境中,对与有螺水系相通或水流较缓的水域进行了漂浮物监测。共打捞漂浮物360 kg,发现钉螺3只,压检后未发现感染性钉螺。有2个县区进行了哨鼠监测,在风险监测区域的可疑高危水域中共投放并解剖哨鼠81只,未发现阳性哨鼠。结论绵阳市2017年血吸虫病流行处于低流行态势,但仍有血吸虫病传播的危险因素,应注意防范。 Objective To analyse the risk factors of schistosomiasis transmission in Mianyang and to provide basis for the formulation of control strategy.Methods Risk monitoring by using snails,wild manure,snail input,floating objects and sentries as monitoring objects.Results A total of 153 environments were investigated,with an area of 341 157 m2 and snails area of28 585 m2.There was no new or recurring area.The occurrence rate of snail frames was 9.35%,2 301 live snails of 2 395 snails were captured,and the density of live snails was 0.26 per box.No infectious snails were found.A total of 173 wild manures were collected and tested,of which 1 cow feces was positive.Two counties carried out snail input monitoring in the planting areas of imported snail plants.A total area of 10 350 m2 and 336 boxes with 10 boxes of snails were surveyed,14 snails were captured and checked.No infectious snails were found.Floating matter was monitored in 12 townships,19 villages and 23 environments in 5 counties and municipalities.A total of 360 kg of floating matter was salvaged and 3 snails were found.No infectious snails were found after pressure examination.Sentinel rodents were monitored in two counties.A total of 81 sentinel rodents were dissected in suspicious high-risk waters of the risk monitoring area.No positive sentinel rodents were found.Conclusion The prevalence of schistosomiasis in Mianyang in 2017 is in a low epidemic situation,but there are still risk factors of schistosomiasis transmission,so we should pay attention to the prevention.
