摘要
目的建立一种快速准确测定生活饮用水中氰化物和挥发酚的方法。方法采用连续流动分析仪同时测定生活饮用水中氰化物及挥发酚。结果该方法的相关性良好,相关系数均达到0. 9 999以上。氰化物、挥发酚的检出限分别为0. 2μg/L、0. 8μg/L;氰化物和挥发酚标准样品测定的相对标准偏差为1. 1%和1. 9%,实际样品的加标回收率范围为98. 6%~100. 4%。结论该方法操作简便快捷、重现性好、检出限低,并且对环境污染和检验人员的毒害小,适用于实验室大批量样品的检测。
Objective A rapid and accurate method for the determination of cyanide and volatile phenol in drinking water was established.Methods Cyanide and volatile pheno in drinking water were simultaneously determined by continuous flowing analyzer.Results The correlation of the method was good,and the correlation coefficients were all above 0.9 999.The detection limit of cyanide and volatile phenol were 0.2μg/L and 0.8μg/L,respectively.The relative standard deviation of the standard samples of cyanide and volatile phenol were 1.1%and 1.9%,and the recovery rate of standard samples ranged from 98.6%to100.4%.Conclusion This method is easy to operate,with good reproducibility and low detection limit.It is less toxic to environmental pollution and inspectors,and is suitable for the detection of large batches of samples in the laboratory.
