摘要
金线莲为多年生草本植物,喜阴凉、湿润环境。金线莲含有多种化学成分,主要包括多糖、黄酮、挥发油、生物碱等,具有降血糖、抗肿瘤、保肝等作用。文章主要综述了金线莲的化学成分及药理作用,论述了金线莲组织培养研究进展。
Shorthairy Antenoron( Anoectochilusroxburghi) is herbaceous perennid,growing in cool and moist place. It is regarded as the traditional precious Chinese herbal medicine widely used in folklore for its refreshing antidote and anti-inflammatory and analgesic. Shorthairy Antenoron is playing a significant role in area of medicine because of its pharmacological action. Recently,ShorthairyAntenoron are in shortage of resources. Hence,the method of culture in vitro could be a reasonable solution to the problem. To summarize the research progress of chemical composition,pharmacological action and tissue culture of Shorthairy Antenoron for the further development and utilization and to sort out the correlative literature were proceded. Shorthairy Antenoron contains many chemical composition. The main chemical constituents include polysaccharide,flavonoids,alkaloid,volatile oil,steroid and so on.Some of its components have hypoglycemic effects,liver protective effect,lowering the blood pressure,anti-carcinogenic and antitumor properties. Mature tissue culture technology could solve the low-rate reproduction of Shorthairy Antenoron. Shorthairy Antenoron has a good development prospect. It should continue to pay more attention to its pharmacological action.
