摘要
目的:对辽宁凤城地区不同环境五味子不同部位五味子醇甲等五种木脂素类成分含量进行测定。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速0.9mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长220nm。结果:五味子不同部位木脂素类成分含量有明显差异,不同环境五味子木脂素成分总量不同。结论:五味子种子含有5种木脂素总量最多,果皮中最少;生长在山脚树荫丛林且湿润环境下的五味子5种木脂素总量最高。
Objective:A method was developed for simultaneous determination of five lignans(schizandrin,schisandrol B,schisantherin A,deoxyschizandrin and schisandrin B)in different parts of Schisandra chinensis of different origins by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Lichrosphe Agilent TC-C18,250mm i.d column in an oven at 35℃ with the mobile phase MeOH-MeCN-H2O in a grad-ient elution mode and DAD detector at 220nm were applied.Results:lignans in different parts of Schisandra chinensis are different.Lignans content in Schisandrae shinensis of different environment are various.Conclusion:The experimental results demonstration that the total quantity of five lignans in seed is the largest,and in pericarp is the least;The lignans content of Schisandrae shinensis growing at the foot of the mountain with jungle next the stream was the highest.
