摘要
京津冀协同发展战略中,天津机场的枢纽建设受到持续关注,而枢纽建设领域航班波带来中转效益也愈加突出,故本文以天津机场为例,探索基于旅客中转满意度的航班波优化路径。首先,创新性地引入对中转衔接质量的测度,完善了以往局限于中转机会数量的研究思路,提出了以机场硬性资源约束为前提、兼顾中转衔接质量和数量的航班波优化模型;其后,引入天津机场现时参数,利用灰色预测方法预测进港波、模拟退火算法求解出港波,这种创新的求解思路,最大程度地保留了旅客对时刻的原始需求,使模型更具现实意义;最终得到特定时段天津机场最优航班波,使旅客中转满意度(目标函数)提高37.73%,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。
In the collaborative development strategy Beijing Tianjin Hebei,the hub construction of Tianjin airport receives constant attention.In the field of hub construction,the flight wave brings more and more transit benefits,so this paper takes Tianjin Airport as an example,exploring the path of flight wave optimization that based on passenger satisfaction.In the first place,it’s innovative to introduce a measure of the transit connection quality,it improves that previous research approach limit to the number of transit opportunities.This paper puts forward the major premise of airport rigid resource constraint,considering the quality and quantity of flight wave optimization models.Furthermore,this model introduces current parameters of Tianjin airport,using grey prediction model to predict incoming flight wave,applying the simulated annealing algorithm to solve the outbound wave.This idea,maximum retained the passenger the original demand,making the model more realistic.Finally,we gain the optimal flight wave of Tianjin airport,passenger transit satisfaction(the objective function)has increased by 37.73%,the feasibility and validity of the model are verified.
