摘要
开拓运输系统是地下矿山的重要环节,直接影响着矿山产量和运营成本。开拓运输系统属于典型的离散事件,本文对运输系统的仿真原理进行了研究,并通过工程案例对采矿溜井、中段运输、矿石破碎、皮带运输和竖井提升等整个地下矿山运输系统进行了建模和仿真分析,比选了中段运输方案,验证了运输能力,优化了设备匹配,消除了系统瓶颈,研究成果为地下矿山运输系统研究和方案比选提供借鉴。
Developing haulage systems is an important part of underground mines,which directly affects the production capacity and operating costs.Developing haulage system is a typical discrete event.In this paper,the simulation principle of the transportation system is studied and the whole haulage system is modeled and simulated by engineering cases,such as ore pass,mid-section haulage,ore crushing,belt transportation and shaft hoisting.The transportation capacity is verified,the equipment matching is optimized,and the system bottleneck is eliminated.The research results provide reference for the research and scheme selection of underground haulage system.
