摘要
以矿石破碎阶段为背景,根据单缸液压圆锥破碎机的特点,设计了基于PLC的破碎系统。在硬件设计方面,采用PLC-300 CPU为核心实现智能控制算法,以实现对单缸液压圆锥破碎机的自动控制;在软件编程方面,采用PID对排矿口的位置与驱动电动机的功率进行控制。
According to the characteristics of single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher,the crushing system based on PLC is designed based on the background of ore crushing stage. In the aspect of hardware design,the intelligent control algorithm is realized by using PLC-300 CPU as the core to realize the automatic control of the single cylinder hydraulic cone crusher,and in the aspect of software programming,PID is used to control the position of the mine discharge port and the power of the drive motor.
