摘要
为进一步研究河北省地方铁路发展前景和企业投资地方铁路建设运营的可行性,对河北省地方铁路路网建设情况、重点企业发展情况进行系统总结,分析现状发展特征和未来面临的形势,在此基础上针对河北省地方铁路投融资平台建设、铁路与物流园区融合发展、经营管理模式选择等方面提出针对性建议,为地方铁路未来发展和企业后续决策提供有力支撑。
In order to study the development prospect of local railway in Hebei Province and the feasibility of enterprises’ investment in local railway construction and operation, this paper summarizes the situation of local railway construction and key enterprises, analyzing the development characteristics and the future situation.On this basis, specific suggestions are put forward for the construction of local railway investment and financing platform, the integrated development of railway and logistic, and the selection of operation and management mode, which will provide strong support for the future development of local railways and subsequent decision-making of enterprises.
